By accessing or using SenangReview, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Description

SenangReview provides:

• Customer feedback collection via QR / links
• Review filtering based on client-defined settings
• Publishing of positive reviews to platforms such as Google
• Internal handling of negative feedback

3. Account Registration

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account confidentiality
• Be responsible for all activities under their account

4. Subscription & Payment

• Subscription Fee: RM50/month (billed annually unless otherwise stated)
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Manipulate or generate fake reviews
• Violate any third-party platform policies (e.g., Google review policies)

6. Customer Reviews & Content

• Users retain ownership of submitted content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and process content for service delivery
• We do not guarantee that all reviews will be published externally

7. Third-Party Integrations

SenangReview integrates with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp API providers, Google).
We are not responsible for:

• Changes in third-party policies
• API limitations or downtime

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance or technical issues may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment is overdue
• Misuse of the system is detected

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software belong to Erazem Sdn Bhd.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
