Customer shall not:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Use misleading or deceptive content
• Violate WhatsApp commerce or messaging policies

4. Liability

Erazem Sdn Bhd is not responsible for:

• Account bans
• Message delivery failures
• Policy violations by Customer
